As part of the integration of Nimsoft to CA Technologies, Nimsoft’s education offerings are now part of CA Education. As a result, Nimsoft’s customers will be looking forward to a broader offering of training opportunities, including self-paced web based training, and an enhanced curriculum for all Nimsoft products. - CA Nimsoft Monitor 6: Administrator Training — an intensive, five-day course that covers CA Nimsoft Monitor 6 fundamentals and advanced administration. The course description can be found here.
- CA Nimsoft Monitor 6: Advanced UMP & UR —This course provides a deep dive into the visualization technology delivered in the CA Nimsoft Unified Management Portal (UMP) and Unified Reporter (UR). It is a 3-day class, and a complete course description can be found here.
- CA Nimsoft Service Desk—We are now releasing web based training for Nimsoft Service Desk 7. Follow the registration link below to find more information on our web based offerings. As usual, thanks in advance! Please let me know when these changes have been implemented.
Discontinued Courses/Certifications
The NSAT-101 and NSAT-201, Basic & Advanced Monitoring Administrator training courses are no longer available. These have been replaced by the “5-day CA Nimsoft Monitor 6: Administrator Training”.
The Nimsoft Certified Administrator (NCA), and Nimsoft Certified Engineer (NCE) certifications are also no longer available. These will be replaced by a new certification program, which is currently being designed.
