How to install licenses for the HUB

To install a license for a Hub, double click the ‘Hub’ Probe icon in Infrastructure Manager. This icon is found in the right-hand frame that displays the list or probes installed under the Primary Hub robot. The Hub configuration tool appears on the screen. Click the Modify button in the License Information field on the General tab.

The Edit License dialog appears.

Example:
In the mail you received:
Select all-caps text string in the example below (example: “ALLY BIG WALL OMEN GOAD HICK”):

license = nimbus-v1.0/Nimbus Demo/*/10/1-may-2001/ALLY BIG WALL OMEN GOAD HICK
——

Type the text string, or select and copy it, into the ‘NimBUS Hub License’ field.

Click the OK button and restart the probe.

How to install licenses for probes

Start Infrastructure Manager and select “Licenses” below “Archive” in the left-hand frame.

In the mail you received:
Select the all-caps string in the example below (ALLY BIB WALL OMEN GOAD HICK):

smsgtw/Nimbus Demo/*/1/1-may-2001/ALLY BIB WALL OMEN GOAD HICK
oracle/Nimbus Demo/*/1/1-may-2001/SINE BECK BOW GONE LAKE BARN

Right click on the corresponding probe shown in the right-hand frame that you wish to apply the license to. Type, or copy and paste, the license string into the license field that is displayed.

Click OK and restart the probe.
