Sophisticated, Real-Time Views of IT—and Business Services
Dashboards can be tailored to specific users, groups, and roles, and enable users to see practically any type of data in a single view—whether help desk call statistics, application performance metrics, IT resource utilization, and much more.
Dashboards are Web-enabled for remote accessibility and have access control features to ensure dashboards are only accessed by authorized users.

Tailored Views of the Entire Infrastructure
The Nimsoft Monitoring Solution (NMS) features dashboards that provide users with the real-time status of IT and critical business services.
NMS dashboards provide real-time views of IT and business services. Dashboards can be tailored to specific users, groups, and roles, enabling users to see practically any type of data in a single view.including help desk call statistics, application performance metrics, IT resource utilization, and much more. Service providers can brand dashboards and customize them for each end user.
NMS offers out-of-the-box dashboards for VMware health and performance, Amazon Web services, and data center performance. Unified service dashboards enable service providers to create reusable and zero maintenance dashboards matching their service offerings.
Dashboards are web-enabled for remote accessibility and have control features to ensure dashboards are only accessed by authorized users.
Unified Service Dashboards Reusable and automatically updated, these customized dashboards are easily constructed by aggregating elastic portlets, usage metering data and other information. NMS and Nimsoft On Demand come pre-packaged with out-of-the-box service dashboards for VMware health and performance, Amazon Web Services and overall data center performance. Unified Service Dashboards allow SPs and enterprise IT to quickly and dynamically provide service summary and detail views of elastic resources. Views can be tightly coupled with an SP's service catalog including cloud-based services-for example managed ESX services.
Elastic Portlets Dashboards can consist of one or more elastic portlets that present data based on pre-defined selection criteria. Elastic portlets automatically present key monitoring data via automatic updates from the monitoring configurations. As the deployed infrastructure expands and contracts, these portlets auto-adapt to reflect those updates. These portlets are reusable across service provider clients and IT organizations.
