CA Nimsoft offers a variety of free tools and resources that are available to the general public. The following portals are powered by CA Nimsoft Cloud Monitor and are built using the solution’s API and/or public status pages technology:

Loads.in

Loads.in checks the load time of a Web page from over 60 locations worldwide. Checks are conducted using real browsers, and users can select the following browsers: Internet Explorer, Safari, FireFox and Chrome to verify the load time as real users experience it. Loads.in also provides snapshots, any errors or warnings, a waterfall chart and the results in HTTP archive (HAR) format. After entering the full URL, Loads.in retrieves the page using real browsers from a random location. For each subsequent check, a specific location can be selected.

loads.in is powered by the CA Nimsoft Cloud Monitor API.

API-status.com

API Status shows the real-time status report, availability and performance of popular, heavily trafficked, public APIs including Google Search, Bing, Facebook, Twitter, Salesforce.com and others. This site can be used to check if a specific public API is down or loading slowly, and also shows the up or down time and performance history. Each public API is checked from one of the over 60 CA Nimsoft Cloud Monitor global monitoring stations every five minutes.

Cloud Status for the iPhone

Cloud computing has made it easy to build applications that run reliably even under a heavy load. You can quickly check and know if and when the cloud, and thus your application, is having problems by simply using the Cloud Status for iPhone application.

Cloud Status for iPhone app allows you to monitor the status of Google App Engine, Google Apps, Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure and RackSpace Cloud in real time using an iPhone, iPad or iPod Touch device. When they have problems, you are among the first to know.

URL Shorteners Public Website Status is a source for real-time status reports on the most widely used URL shorteners. This site can be used to check if a particular URL shortener is down or loading slowly, and also provides up or down time and performance history. The URL redirection is checked every five minutes from one of the over 60 CA Nimsoft global monitoring stations.
