"We understood at the outset that effective service level monitoring was very important for a successful managed service. We did extensive vetting of various options, including side-by-side testing of "real world" scenarios in our SuperLabs facility. We chose the NimBUS product based on its strong performance and features, such as real-time service level monitoring and customized dashboards. In addition, the ease of incorporating NimBUS into our managed service offering was another strong factor in our decision."
