The Nimsoft End-to-end (ETE) Response Time Monitoring solution acts just as an end-user would - in this example the solution is executing four CRM application transactions commonly used by our internal users and monitors their response times.

The CRM application transactions, run every 5 minutes, are as follows:

1. Launches the CRM application in a browser
2. Logs into the CRM application
3. Searches the database for company name
4. Selects company and displays full record

To pinpoint performance bottlenecks, response times for each transaction is measured, then analyzed for real-time alert generation and archived in the Nimsoft database for performance trend reporting and SLA compliance calculation.
