The Nimsoft Unified Monitoring Alliance consists of three types of partners: Service Provider Partners, Solutions Partners, and Technology Development Partners. Partners may choose to participate as multiple partner types based on their wants and needs.

Service Provider Partners

Managed Service, Hosting and Cloud providers that use Nimsoft software to ensure service delivery to customers. End customers know that providers who manage their services with Nimsoft provide complete visibility into performance and availability of the IT assets they manage.

Solution Providers

Partners, such as ISVs and SaaS providers that enhance the Nimsoft Unified Monitoring™ Architecture by integrating their solution offerings with the Nimsoft Monitoring Solution to deliver additional and complimentary IT Service Management capabilities, such as help desk, configuration, security and process management.

Technology Development Partners

Commercial software developers who create new monitoring probes or agents that collect performance, availability and other metrics from IT infrastructure components, and feed that data directly into the Nimsoft Monitoring Solution.
