Program Overview
The Service Provider Partner program is a key component of Nimsoft's Unified Monitoring™ Alliance which is designed to enhance the delivery of open, next- generation IT monitoring solutions. Service Provider Partners are committed to delivering open and extensible solutions built on the Nimsoft Unified Monitoring Architecture and its APIs. Service Provider Partners are typically Service and Hosting Providers, who already use Nimsoft's solutions to provide IT performance and availability monitoring services to their customers.
Requirements & Benefits
By joining Nimsoft's Unified Monitoring™ Alliance, Service Provider Partners can better differentiate their service offerings in a crowded marketplace, as well as build joint opportunities to achieve greater revenue growth and faster customer adoption. Service Provider Partners need to already be using (or agree to begin using) Nimsoft solutions to provide IT performance and availability monitoring services to their customers.
In addition, partners will help define interoperability, solution direction and help drive relevant standards. Becoming a Service Provider Partner offers significant benefits including:
- Business growth via co-marketing and leveraging the Unified Monitoring™ ecosystem
- Ability to partner with other service providers while still maintaining account control
- Ability to expand service offerings
- Ability to participate in Nimsoft product roadmap feedback programs such as Beta programs and partner feedback forums

Program Overview
The Solution Partner program is a key component of Nimsoft's Unified Monitoring™ Alliance which is designed to enhance the delivery of open, next-generation IT monitoring and service management solutions. Solution Partners are committed to delivering open and extensible solutions built to extend the Nimsoft Unified Monitoring Architecture via the Nimsoft Unified Monitoring APIs.
Solution Partners are typically independent software vendors (ISVs) or software-as-a-service (SaaS) providers who provide stand-alone solutions that complement and integrate with Nimsoft’s portfolio of IT performance and availability monitoring solutions.
Requirements & Benefits
By joining Nimsoft’s Unified Monitoring™ Alliance, Solution Partners can distinguish themselves and further differentiate their solutions, as well as build joint opportunities to achieve greater customer and revenue growth. Solution Partners will ensure compatibility between their respective products and the Nimsoft Monitoring Solution with which they leverage and complement.
In addition, partners will help define interoperability, solution direction and help drive relevant standards. Becoming a Nimsoft Solution Partner offers significant benefits including:

Solution Partners receive both technical and marketing benefits outlined below, as well as free Nimsoft software for product integration, testing and support. Solution Partners also have access to interoperability testing and validation services to further promote and build confidence for their solutions with joint customers and prospects.

The Technology Development Partner (TDP) program is a key component of Nimsoft’s Unified Monitoring™ Alliance, which is designed to enhance the delivery of open, next-generation IT monitoring solutions. TDP members are committed to delivering open and extensible solutions built on the Nimsoft Unified Monitoring Architecture and its APIs.
TDP members are typically commercial software developers who supply add-on monitoring probes complementary to the Nimsoft Monitoring Solution portfolio.
Requirements & Benefits
TDP members can fully leverage Nimsoft’s sales, marketing and technical resources to achieve greater revenue growth and faster customer adoption. Solutions from TDP members are promoted, exclusively sold and supported directly by Nimsoft. Becoming a TDP member requires additional commitments from partners but also offers greater benefits including:
- Significant percentage of both product license and maintenance fees
- Product(s) sold exclusively by Nimsoft’s dedicated sales force
- First-level customer support provided by Nimsoft
- Go-to-market planning and dedicated alliance management
