In this two hour session we will see how to build a starter dashboard and publish that dashboard to the Nimbus Portal server. We will also see the new Service Deliver Portal in use and cover how it can be used to separate customers data via NimBUS accounts.

+ Service Level Manager and Report Engine
This final session will bring together two more ways to display to your end users the quality of your management services. This is done by fulfilling a Service Level Agreement and placing reports onto the Portal, or Service Delivery Portal.

The Dashboards course will cover the setup and configuration of the Executive (Zero-Config) Dashboard as well as the GeoService (Fully Custom) Dashboard.

+ Indicative Command Wrapper & Script Integration
Sometimes, there are metrics that exist in locations or formats for which there are no direct Test templates. These metrics are still available using Command Wrapper Integration tests. Using a PERL (or other) based script, metrics can be gathered in any way desired and formatted to become part of the context found in the Service Model.
