Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations must be received in writing. Please send cancellation requests to nfluence@nimsoft.com. You may receive a full refund of your registration package (less a $50 processing fee) for cancellations received on or before August 15, 2008. Cancellations received August 16 – September 5, 2008 will be assessed a $125 processing fee. After September 5, 2008, we can no longer accept refund requests for cancellations. However, late cancellations may obtain a credit voucher which may be applied for a future n·fluence conference or Nimsoft training program. No credit vouchers will be given without prior written notification of your cancellation.

Replacements / Transfers:
If, for any reason, you are unable to attend n·fluence you may transfer your registration to another Nimsoft User without penalty. Simply email your request along with the contact information for your replacement. They will be sent a Priority Code number to use and a request to re-register via the n·fluence website with that Priority Code.
