Nimsoft appoints Converse Software to distribute products in the United States and Canada

Five (5) US Customers Already Live with NimBUS Service Level Management Solutions in the US

Burlingame, CA and Oslo, Norway - March 1, 2003 - Nimsoft LLC and Nimsoft AS, today announced a partnership where Converse Software will distribute NimBUS products in the United States and Canada. This agreement enables Converse Software to provide customers with first class systems monitoring and service level management solutions while enhancing Nimbus Software's reach in North America.
