Securex Ensures End-user Satisfaction with Nimsoft Monitoring Solution
NMS replaces multiple monitoring systems, reducing complexity while ensuring application performance and availability
Redwood City, Calif. - February 2, 2010 - Nimsoft, Inc., the first provider of Unified Monitoring™ solutions, today announced that Securex is using the Nimsoft Monitoring Solution (NMS) to monitor its entire IT infrastructure. Securex specializes in providing specific expertise, consulting and innovative solutions in all areas of human capital management to individuals, start-ups and self-employed, as well as small, medium and large enterprises.
NMS helps Securex ensure a superior end-user experience by closely tracking the response times and availability of its applications, while providing a unified monitoring solution across the company’s entire IT infrastructure that’s easy to configure and maintain.
The Belgium-based company first engaged with Nimsoft to execute a proof-of-concept (PoC) that would enable IT staff to evaluate NMS application performance monitoring features in its environment. Securex’s infrastructure consists of a mix of physical and virtual servers running Windows and Linux, as well as an IBM mainframe system.
During the PoC, IT staff discovered the solution’s rich feature set and ease of use, and found that it provided the same functionality as multiple solutions in a single, integrated solution. Securex decided to replace the current monitoring solutions with NMS across its entire infrastructure.
