Nimsoft Establishes New Asia-Pacific Office to Meet Growing Demand

Nimsoft offers more value than Big 4 Vendors and supports burgeoning managed services market

Redwood City, Calif. – January 22nd, 2009 – Nimsoft Inc., the “Big 4” alternative for IT performance and availability monitoring solutions, announced its successful entry into the Asia-Pacific region with the establishment of a new office.  Located in Sydney, Australia, the move is in response to continued demand in the region for a comprehensive yet affordable performance and availability monitoring solution. 

With new customers in Australia, such as Traffic Intelligence and others across Hong Kong, Malaysia and Taiwan, the office will deliver an enhanced level of support and serve as the focal point for Nimsoft’s on-going development in the region. The Asia-Pacific operation will be led by Sam Quinlan, a veteran Nimsoft employee.

The decision to open an office reflects Nimsoft’s strong value proposition and demand for an easy to use alternative to the Big 4’s systems management offerings. Nimsoft boasts enterprise level functionality at an affordable price-point because it is easier to use, faster to implement and offers a superior return on investment.

This has been a key factor in the company’s growth and success and differentiates Nimsoft from traditional systems management vendors. Nimsoft’s entry into the Asia-Pacific market will provide local companies with a genuine alternative to the over-priced, overly-complex systems management offerings currently available.
