Nimsoft Sets All Time Highs For Q3 Revenue
A 130 percent year-over-year growth, EBITDA profitability and exceptional customer satisfaction reflect unparalleled momentum
Redwood City, California - November 1, 2007 – Nimsoft, Inc., the "Big 4" alternative provider of IT performance and availability monitoring solutions, set all time highs for its Q3 financial results with sales orders reaching 130 percent year-over-year growth. The company has been consistently winning in competitions against HP, IBM, BMC and CA or replacing their expensive and complex monitoring solutions among enterprise and managed service provider customers.
This quarter the company also achieved EBITDA profitability. In addition, Nimsoft gained 37 brand new customers to bring the total customer base to 496. Year to date, the company has increased its revenue growth by more than 80-percent over the same period for 2006 while growing its subscription business by 93 percent.
“We are winning business on multiple fronts, concurrently,” said Gary Read, president and CEO, Nimsoft. “With the number of replacements and wins against the Big 4 incumbents growing almost daily, we are being recognized by analysts and customers as the alternative solution for performance and availability monitoring. Nimsoft is the only provider that offers ease of use and ease of administration within a scalable, reliable, lightweight solution that supports the entire IT infrastructure. Whatever the customer type, our value proposition is compelling.”
Other developments in the third quarter include:
- The appointment of Tim Bisley as vice president of EMEA. Bisley was formerly vice president EMEA of the Corporate Sales Division, HP Software. Prior to HP, Bisley drove Mercury Interactive EMEA sales from $5M to $100M in six years.
