Former HP Executive Tim Bisley Joins Nimsoft as Vice President of EMEA

Bisley Drove Mercury Interactive EMEA Mid-Market Sales from $5M to $100M in Six Years

Redwood City, California - October 15, 2007 – Nimsoft, Inc., an emerging leader in Service Level Management, today announced the appointment of Tim Bisley as vice president of EMEA. Previously, Bisley was vice president EMEA of the Corporate Sales Division at HP Software, where he was responsible for developing the mid-market and support services sales organizations, a $120 million business.

Bisley joined HP when the company acquired Mercury Interactive, where he successfully drove sales in the EMEA division from $5 million to $100 million in just six years. Bisley will now lead Nimsoft's EMEA sales operation with offices in the UK, Norway, Germany and Spain. He joins Nimsoft at a time when the company is experiencing explosive growth in all areas. Bisley will report to President and CEO Gary Read.

During his seven years at Mercury Interactive, Bisley designed and implemented an EMEA sales model that covered 18 countries and delivered sustained growth. He was a critical leader in building the overall business in EMEA and then the successful integration of Mercury Interactive following the acquisition by HP. This followed five-year tenure as a senior director and divisional general manager at Data General EMEA, where Bisley took on a loss making organization and turned it into the company’s most profitable business unit. He also held a number of sales and marketing positions with Zenith Data Systems, DEC and other IT companies.
