Nimsoft Unveils Details of UK Managed Services Programme

Seminars Reflect Growing Interest in Managed Services as Analyst Report Highlights European MSP Sector Could Reach €6.2billion by 2011

London – May 9, 2007 – Nimsoft, an emerging leader in service level management, today unveiled details of its UK seminar program aimed at managed service providers (MSPs). Entitled 'Best Practices in Managed Services', the free seminars will be held on May 22 in London and May 24 in Birmingham.  Nimsoft is hosting these events on behalf of the MSP Alliance, a worldwide association for the managed service provider industry, against a backdrop of analyst research that forecasts the European managed services market will reach €6.2 billion by 20111.  Leading United Kingdom managed service providers Netstore and Ramesys will speak at the events, underscoring the importance of this evolving market.  Additional details can be found at www.nimsoft.com/roadshow.

The UK seminars will follow the same format as the successful events that were held across the United States in April. These attracted a range of businesses eager to learn how established MSPs have built successful businesses. Charles Weaver, president of the MSP Alliance and keynote speaker, will outline key practices and trends that are driving the tremendous growth in the MSP market across Europe.  Phil Naughton, head of customer services, Ramesys, and Alan Edwards, marketing director, Netstore, will detail how their businesses have evolved and the lessons they learned while building their practices.

The London seminar will be held aboard HMS Belfast on May 22. The Birmingham seminar will be held at Edgbaston, home of Warwickshire Cricket Club, on May 24.  These free half-day events offer delegates an opportunity to network with their peers as well as learn about practices and approaches that could help their own businesses.
