Nimsoft Press ReleaseNimsoft New Orders SkyrocketCompany Surpasses $15 Million in Annual Revenues; License Sales for Nimsoft’s Proactive Service Level Monitoring Solution Climbed 110 Percent in Q4 2006 Redwood City, California – February 6, 2007 –Nimsoft Inc., an emerging leader in service level management (SLM) solutions, today announced that the company experienced dramatic sales growth of 110 percent in Q4 2006 when compared to Q4 2005. Total license orders for the financial year 2006 exceeded $15 million and, overall, the company added more than 120 new customers for the year. The addition of existing maintenance renewals contributed to a year-end revenue backlog of more than $7 million, an increase of 130 percent year over year. In 2006, the company began building out its infrastructure to prepare for high growth. The company hired sales executives to manage EMEA and the Americas in addition to a chief financial officer to supervise the financial aspects of a controlled expansion. On an operations level, the company expanded its worldwide headcount by 50 percent, moved to larger headquarters in the United States and expanded its offices in the United Kingdom and Norway. It also commenced successful operations in Germany through the establishment of the Nimsoft GmbH wholly owned subsidiary. Last month, the financial community underscored its confidence in Nimsoft's business model when JMI Equity and Northzone Ventures provided $10.3 million in its first round of venture capital funding.
