In March, monitoring provider Nimsoft was acquired by CA Technologies. In April, Nimsoft was adopted by Rackspace Hosting as the company.s standard monitoring tool for its 60,000 servers. Today Nimsoft scored another big win with a leading player in the cloud sector, as SoftLayer Technologies said it will standardize on Nimsoft and deploy its monitoring solution on more than 25,000 systems.
