Nimsoft Monitoring Solution helps drive sustained growth in Australian market

With the Australian Managed Services market predicted to grow to AU$800 million by 20131, Interactive has rolled out Nimsoft’s Service Delivery Portal (SDP) to provide customers with real-time, accurate information about the IT systems under management. Reflecting the growing demand and expectation from customers for regular information, Interactive took the step to deploy Nimsoft’s Service Delivery Portal as quickly as possible.  SDP is a powerful online portal that incorporates Nimsoft’s next generation dashboards. This enables Interactive to create customized views for its clients and allows their customers to access real-time data about the performance and availability of the IT systems under management.
