Nimsoft Monitoring Solution helps drive sustained growth in Australian market

With the Australian Managed Services market predicted to grow to AU$800 million by 20131, Interactive has rolled out Nimsoft’s Service Delivery Portal (SDP) to provide customers with real-time, accurate information about the IT systems under management. SDP is a powerful online portal that incorporates Nimsoft’s next generation dashboards. This enables Interactive to create customized views for its clients and allows their customers to access real-time data about the performance and availability of the IT systems under management.
