Nimsoft Continues Forward Momentum
Increase in Total Bookings and GAAP Revenue are combined with positive cash flow
Redwood City, CA. – April 6, 2009 – Nimsoft, the "Big 4" alternative for performance and availability monitoring, today announced that the company has continued its momentum with a solid performance for the quarter ending March 31, 2009 that saw the company increase revenues and deliver positive cash flow.
Nimsoft's success was driven by strong growth in sales to Managed Service Providers (MSPs) and mid to large corporate enterprises. The company added 19 MSPs in the quarter increasing order backlog by 78 percent over the same period last year. At the same time, Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) was up 54 percent year on year.
"This past quarter, Nimsoft continued to see strong demand and interest for its solutions." said Gary Read, president and CEO of Nimsoft. "But, at the same time we have seen many customers delaying their final purchase decisions due to the broader uncertainty about the economy. We are pleased that we were cash flow positive in the quarter as well as gaining market share with 29 new logo customers.
