Zero Conversion Offer Includes Donation to the World Wildlife Fund
London, UK - July 20, 2007 –In response to Dell’s announcement to acquire SilverBack Technologies, Nimsoft Inc., an emerging leader of Service Level Management (SLM) solutions, announced today a promotional offer, “Save the SilverBack MSP,” for any SilverBack Technologies partner. Effective through the end of the year, the promotion offers managed service providers a Nimsoft-equivalent solution at zero cost of conversion. It includes free training for the Nimsoft solution and, if necessary, other associated migration services. In addition, Nimsoft will donate the first month of the MSP subscription service to the World Wildlife Fund, a worldwide conservation agency that protects natural areas, plants and animals, including endangered species.
