MSP Benefits From One Robust Tool For Customized Dashboards and Improved Service Level Management

San Mateo, California - October 18, 2006 - Nimsoft Inc., the leading provider of Service Level Management (SLM) solutions, today announced that IntelliNet, an Ohio-based enterprise network Management Services Provider (MSP), has expanded its use of Nimsoft due to the product's flexibility and ease-of-use and the benefits it provides to its service-based  business.  The MSP has unique needs:  its business requires 24 by 7 monitoring of a broad mix of IT environments that range from small Web-based applications to large deployments of SAP-based ERP systems serving their healthcare, insurance and large Fortune 500 manufacturing company customers.
