Marketing Programs Manager - EMEA - Chertsey, UK

As the marketing programs manager EMEA for Nimsoft, you will lead the development and execution of demand generation programs for EMEA and Asia Pacific.
This position will work directly with the EMEA sales force, EMEA executives, EMEA product and PR personnel and marketing teammates out of headquarters in the US. Some of these programs will be Americas programs requiring localization and some will be EMEA centric that could be localized and executed in the Americas.
This individual must be an effective project manager, communicator and writer and work collaboratively and closely with executives, contractors and their marketing peers.
The marketing programs manager EMEA will report to the director of marketing in Redwood City.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute and evaluate lead generation campaigns across EMEA from online marketing sponsorships, syndication, banner ads and e-newsletters to lead nurturing, trade shows, seminars, direct mails and events to generate leads, nurture leads, build awareness of Nimsoft and grow revenue.
- Build and maintain EMEA marketing plans that support sales goals across key territories including the UK, Nordics, Germany, France, Spain, Benelux and Australia.
- Collaborate with a WW marketing team to leverage core programs.
- Manage marketing programs end-to-end including developing budgets and plans, executing the work, managing vendors, meeting deadlines and reporting on effectiveness.
- Manage vendor relationships and operational implementation specifically related to lead development and customer adoption including, but not limited to email, sales force automation, webinars, tradeshows, seminars, user conferences, direct mail, etc.
- Localize assets including Google Adwords (working with vendors as needed).
Qualifications:
- A BA / BS degree with 4+ years relevant experience.
- Experience developing marketing strategy and supporting it through the implementation of programs across multiple distribution channels across EMEA.
- Proven track record of creating and executing successful marketing programs, including online/web-based demand generation, localized customer communications, events, seminars and tradeshows.
- Experience working with CRM applications (salesforce.com preferred) to manage and report on program success.
- Manage updates to localized websites.
- Superior organizational and communication skills, with strong attention to details and follow-through.
- Ability to multi-task and manage a number of parallel projects.
