Inside Sales (German Speaking) - Chertsey, UK
The Inside Sales Representative works as a key member of the sales team by developing leads, qualifying opportunities and closing business. This is an excellent opportunity for someone to work with a fast growing company that is profitable and has a mature product. You will be working in a team environment learning best practices and receiving excellent sales training. This is a quota carrying position with a comp plan designed for you to succeed.
Requirements Include:
- 2+ year's sales/lead generation experience with at least one year of closing.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding measurable goals in a highly automated metrics based phone sales environment.
- Must possess strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Must speak fluent German
- Excellent prospecting and closing skills.
- Knowledge of business organizations, buying influences and purchasing processes.
- Ability to foster team orientation with counterparts.
- Systems management experience-working in the enterprise systems management marketplace (HP, IBM, CA, Net IQ) as well as knowledge of IT infrastructures (applications, networks and databases) would be a big plus.
- Previous experience with Sales Force.com and Web Ex would be an added advantage.
Responsibilities:
- Attainment of monthly, quarterly and annual prospecting and revenue goals.
- Building and maintaining a sufficient pipeline in line with revenue goals.
- Forecasting.
- Maintain current and accurate account and contact information within Sales Force.com.
- Management of existing accounts to maximize sales revenue.
- Problem solving with key customers ensuring a satisfactory resolution is achieved.
- Preparation of proposals and sales quotes.
- Working closely with territory channel partners and outside field reps to ensure maximum revenue generation within a territory.
