Technical Support Developer – Oslo, Norway
Responsibilities:
- Analyze source code & implement bug fixes in products
- 2. og 3. line technical support on Nimsoft’s products. .
- Support the pre-sales engineers and customers.
Required Skills / Experience:
- Programming skills (VB/C++/VB.Net/C#)
- University degree in a technical or engineering field, or equivalent experience.
- Experience in both Windows (2000/XP/2003) and/or UNIX/Linux environments preferred.
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
- A clear customer focus.
- Ability to juggle many tasks in a fast paced environment.
- Good written and verbal skills in both Norwegian and English.
- Must be a strong team player and able to work in a dynamic work environment.
