Technical Support Developer – Oslo, Norway

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze source code & implement bug fixes in products
  • 2. og 3. line technical support on Nimsoft’s products. .
  • Support the pre-sales engineers and customers.

Required Skills / Experience:

  • Programming skills (VB/C++/VB.Net/C#)
  • University degree in a technical or engineering field, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in both Windows (2000/XP/2003) and/or UNIX/Linux environments preferred.
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
  • A clear customer focus.
  • Ability to juggle many tasks in a fast paced environment.
  • Good written and verbal skills in both Norwegian and English.
  • Must be a strong team player and able to work in a dynamic work environment.
