Sales Executive - Spain

Responsibilities:

  • Attainment of quarterly and annual new business sales targets
  • Development of substantial revenue pipeline that will form a basis for revenue attainment. This will include corporate end-user accounts spanning all verticals.
  • Management of existing accounts to maximise sales revenue
  • Problem solving with key customers ensuring a satisfactory resolution is achieved.
  • Development and execution of a professional product presentation to new and existing customers.
  • Preparation of sales proposals and quotations.
  • Working closely with other team members.
  • Completing weekly and monthly management reporting.

Essential requirements:

  • Successful candidates will be professional/courteous, IT/systems management literate, executive-level business people with excellent written, verbal and presentation skills
  • Able to translate leading edge technology into business benefit. Experienced to selling to CIO, CTO level. An appreciation for: Networking, Server and Database technologies
  • Strong commitment to delivering customer satisfaction. Well-developed communication skills, able to build credibility and communicate with clients
  • Hunter rather than farmer, able to generate new business via existing individual contacts and other creative means including cold calling when required
  • Systems management experience – working in the enterprise systems management marketplace – CA Unicenter, BMC Patrol, IBM Tivoli, HP Openview, NetIQ

Desirable requirements:

  • ITIL or service availability qualifications; knowledge of service-orientated business processes and methodology
  • Self-starter, motivated and able to work effectively in what is a small team environment
  • Experience of working with third party resellers
  • Evidence of structured sales training eg Miller Heiman and of a structured sales approach.
  • Experience of multiple, layered, strategic selling
  • Full clean driving licence.
