Chris O’Malley is CEO of Nimsoft. He has more than 25 years of experience in the IT industry.

Chris has held a variety of executive positions at CA Technologies—including EVP of the Cloud Products & Solutions Business Line, where he was responsible for developing and executing strategy for the company’s Cloud Management and IT Management SaaS solutions. He was also involved in the acquisition of Nimsoft by CA Technologies.

Earlier, Chris held sales and management positions at Applied Data Research, Inc.

Chris graduated with honors from the University of Minnesota with a BS in computer science. He also participated in executive programs at the University of Chicago’s Graduate School of Business and at New York University’s Stern School of Business.

Chris serves on the board of directors of Bluenog, an enterprise software and solutions company. He also is the founder and a board member of the O’Malley Foundation, a non-profit organization that grants scholarships to deserving students.

Gordon Daugherty joined Nimsoft as COO following its acquisition by CA Technologies. He came to CA Technologies in 2009 via the acquisition of NetQoS where he oversaw the corporate development, strategy and product management functions.

Prior to joining NetQoS, Gordon served as President for VCON Inc, a global supplier of videoconferencing systems and as Chief Marketing Officer for Britestream Networks, a provider of network security technology.

Since starting his career at IBM, Gordon has held middle management and executive-level positions in a variety of functional disciplines, including sales, marketing, product management, and business development. While at Compaq, he led the North American product marketing efforts for the multi-billion dollar server software, networking and options segment.

Gordon holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Baylor University and is Founder & Principal of Shockwave Innovations, a strategy consulting firm for start-up companies.

Jamie Dudley brings nearly twenty years of software sales experience to his role as the head of worldwide sales. He has extensive experience growing and managing worldwide sales and pre-sales engineering teams. Prior to taking on the role of WW VP of Sales, Jamie ran the sales and tech services team for the Americas where he achieved record revenue growth and significantly expanded the customer base.

Jamie came to Nimsoft from XMatters (formerly AlarmPoint Systems) where he ran Global Sales and Operations. He also held well-regarded sales leadership positions at Quest Software, Peregrine Systems, and Oracle. Jamie is a graduate of Gonzaga University where he majored in Political Science.

General Manager, Nimsoft Solutions Group

Mark Frost is general manager of the Nimsoft Solutions Group. He is responsible for engineering, product management, customer success and marketing.

Mark has an impressive record of success in the SaaS market. He was executive vice president and general manager of the SaaS business unit at MarketTools, a San Francisco-based leader in software and services for enterprise feedback management and market research. Prior to that, he was COO at Saba Software, where he provided the strategic and tactical leadership that helped drive the company from $42 million to more than $100 million in annual revenue in 24 months.

Earlier, Mark was general manager of the 880-person Human Capital Management product division at PeopleSoft, where he provided the leadership that drove a 20% increase in license revenue within a 12 month timeframe. As the general manager of product operations at Documentum, he helped the company to establish and maintain market leadership.

Mark also held key positions at Neovista, EDS and General Electric during his more than 20 years in the software industry.

Mark earned a bachelor of arts degree in Computer Science from the University of California, Berkeley.

Lokesh Jindal is senior vice president of strategy and business development at Nimsoft. He has nearly 20 years of experience in business strategy, consulting, education and consumer products/services.

Lokesh joined Nimsoft from CA Technologies. For two years, he served as senior vice president and general manager of CA Technologies India Technology Center, a 1,600-person R&D facility in Hyderabad, India, where he had oversight of product development and management, human resources, facilities and finance.

Earlier in his career, he was a principal with McKenna Group, a strategy consulting company. Prior to that, Lokesh was an entrepreneur in consumer marketing and leadership development. Earlier, he was regional marketing manager for HCL Hewlett Packard, a joint venture of HP in India.

Lokesh holds a master of business administration degree from INSEAD, Fontainebleau, France; masters’ degrees in marketing and finance from XLRI, India; and a bachelor’s degree in technology from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi, India. He serves on the board of iDiscoveri.

Mark Rivington has deep knowledge of the systems and network management vendor space having served in numerous technical and marketing roles at key software organizations over the last twenty years. At Candle, Boole & Babbage, BMC and RiverSoft, Mark gathered significant understanding of how management software can be developed and deployed to maximize customer returns in terms of business benefit.

In his current role this understanding helps drive the direction of the Nimsoft technology towards maximum customer benefit.
