Nimsoft - Best Practices in Managed Services - MSP Excellence Awards Program hosted by Nimsoft

The MSP Excellence Awards program recognizes organizations that have demonstrably excelled in implementing best practices in IT managed services to meet strategic business objectives.

Submissions will be judged by an independent panel including the MSP Alliance, Ziff Davis Enterprise and analyst firms Forrester Group and Enterprise Management Associates.

Recognition of the organization’s achievements in managed services, enhancing its credibility in the market place and the customer's confidence in doing business
Greater focus on developing best practices in managed services, brought about via both the Excellence Awards program and the assessment process

The Rules of the MSP Excellence Award:

Eligibility

Any IT Managed Service Provider (MSP) can submit an application.
You must complete the online application form completely. We recommend that you work within a project team to diligently provide as much information as possible – this will increase your chance for award consideration by our independent panel of judges.

Cost

Free. There are no costs or fees to participate in the Excellence Awards Program.

Scoring

Each question in the application will receive a rating of 1 to 10 with 1 being low and 10 being high based on how the judge feels the applicant was in responding to the question. In addition, the judges will be given a maximum of 10 bonus points to award applicants for Judge Bonus Discretion. This is intended to award points for particular keenness or appreciation for the achievements made.

Confidentiality.

All applicant information will be kept strictly confidential.
